Installation Method

Mounting options: side-mount (default), end-mount, tubular mount. Use M12 aviation plugs; align emitter/receiver and verify blind-spot-free window alignment with the hazard.

Resolution map: 10 mm (finger), 20 mm (hand), 30 mm (arm/body). Protective height equals the sensing window from the top beam to the bottom beam.

Working Principle

DQO forms a synchronized array of infrared beams between the emitter and receiver. When any beam is interrupted, the internal safety logic switches OSSD outputs to OFF, and the connected safety relay/PLC removes motive power. The blind-spot-free window ensures coverage up to the end caps.

  2. Optical synchronization: maintains sequence without extra sync wire.
  3. Self-test & EDM: continuous diagnostics; monitors external devices.
