Product Overview

The DAIDISIKE PZ-CM10 is a cutting-edge vision-based smart-learning photoelectric switch. Using advanced CCD imaging technology, it intelligently learns and memorizes the background, then triggers output only when a foreground object appears — regardless of its transparency, shape or surface.

Working Principle:
Unlike conventional sensors that rely on reflected light intensity, the PZ-CM10 compares real-time images with a learned background template. Any difference (e.g. a transparent film) triggers a signal. This makes it immune to material, color or surface challenges.

With 0.5 ms response time and IP66 protection, it's ideal for demanding automation lines in packaging, pharma and electronics.

Installation & Setup

Setup procedure:

  1. 1. Point the sensor at the desired background.
  2. 2. Press and hold the SET button for 1 second.
  3. 3. Wait until the red LED turns OFF and the green LED stays on.
  4. 4. The sensor is now ready to detect foreground objects.
